Tomato Ice

Tomato Ice
(For a first course)


Ingredients:

1 large cans tomato juice ½ cup lemon juice
Salt, basil, Worcestershire sauce, 2 egg whites
Wine vinegar, horseradish,
Minced parsley to taste


Procedure:

Mix all ingredients, except egg white, and freeze in refrigerator try until half frozen. Add 2 stiffly beaten egg whites. Continue freezing until serving time, stirring occasionally.
