Green Goddess Dip

Green Goddess Dip


Ingredients:

1can flat anchovies, well drained 1 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, including tops 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped and
Packed down


Procedure:

Mix anchovies, green onions, garlic and parsley in blender or food processor. When finely chopped, add mayonnaise and vinegar and process until smooth. Use as dip for raw vegetable.
